The goal of this educational program is to prepare pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to deliver equitable, person-centered reproductive care. Participants will learn the basics of sexuality and gender identity concepts, strategies to foster inclusivity in reproductive health, and how to integrate reproductive justice principles into daily practice.

Learning Objectives
At the completion of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Describe foundational terminology related to sexuality and gender identity to promote inclusive, respectful communication and person-centered care in pharmacy practice.
- Discuss unconscious and implicit bias, and how to prevent biases from affecting clinical decision making.
- List approaches for non-violent communication strategies around reproductive health.
- Summarize how to foster non-paternalism, patient autonomy, and shared decision-making in reproductive health.
- Define reproductive justice.
- Describe current disparities in reproductive health outcomes, access, and care among marginalized populations.
- Summarize the historical roots of reproductive injustice and the impacts on patients needing or seeking care in modern day.
- List 3 ways pharmacy staff can apply reproductive justice principles to patient care.
