Dr. Ashlee Klevens Hayes serves as Chief Operating Officer of Birth Control Pharmacist, where she leads strategy, operations, organizational growth, and execution. A third-generation pharmacist, healthcare executive, and leadership strategist, Dr. Hayes has built her career at the intersection of healthcare, leadership, and business operations. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Southern California and her Master of Health Administration from the University of Kentucky. She went on to complete a two-year health-system pharmacy residency training program focused on healthcare leadership and management at UK HealthCare. As Chief Operating Officer of Birth Control Pharmacist, Dr. Hayes leads the operational strategy and infrastructure supporting the organization’s continued growth. She works across the company to translate vision into execution, establish strategic priorities, strengthen accountability, develop leaders, improve communication, and build scalable systems and processes.
