Ms. Litvin is an experienced instructional designer and academic librarian specializing in professional learning and higher education. With over 20 years of leadership in learning and development, she has worked across diverse cultural settings, including the United States, South Korea, Indonesia, and Qatar. Her expertise includes online instruction, synchronous webinars, workshops, and conferences. She holds a Master of Arts in American Culture Studies from Bowling Green State University, a Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) from Clarion University, and a graduate certificate in e-Learning Instructional Design from the University of California, Irvine.
